Luna Theater Company is excited to announce the Philadelphia premiere of the 2009 Humana Festival entry, Slasher by Allison Moore. Slasher will be performed at the Walnut Street Theatre Studio 5 located at 825 Walnut Street in Philadelphia, previewing October 18 - 21; opening Thursday, October 22 and running through November 14, 2009. Tickets range from $25 to $35 and can be purchased by calling Luna Theater Company's Box Office at (215) 704-0033 or by visiting www.LunaTheater.org

When she's cast as the "last girl" in a low-budget slasher flick, Sheena thinks it's the big break she's been waiting for. But news of the movie unleashes her malingering mother's thwarted feminist rage, and Mom is prepared to do anything to stop filming...even if it kills her.
