It's the work of scenic designers that transports audiences to the time and place of our favorite shows. Scenic Designers are an integral part of creating the stage magic that makes Broadway Broadway and many of them were singled out this year for their incredible work. 

The stars of To Kill A Mockingbird walked the red carpet at Broadway in Hollywood's Pantages Theatre - and BroadwayWorld was on hand to talk about bringing the classic story to cities across the country as the production lands in Los Angeles. Watch the video!

Akram Khan Company will present the world premiere of Akram Khan’s new work, Jungle Book reimagined – a deeply personal interpretation based on the original story of Rudyard Kipling’s much-loved family classic – at Leicester’s Curve Theatre, 2 - 9 April 2022. A UK and international tour will follow, taking in cities including Birmingham and Edinburgh.

Jeff Daniels was a guest on last night's episode of 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.' During the interview, Daniels talks about playing Atticus Finch in Aaron Sorkin's Broadway adaptation of To Kill a Mockingbird and even shows Jimmy some of his vocal warmups!

The critically acclaimed new musical, Sunny Afternoon tells the story of the early life of Ray Davies and the rise to stardom of The Kinks and begins previews at the Harold Pinter Theatre on 4 October 2014 with press night on 28 October 2014. Following a sold-out run at Hampstead Theatre, this world premiere production, with music and lyrics by Ray Davies, new book by Joe Penhall, original story by Ray Davies, direction by Edward Hall, design by Miriam Buether and choreography by Adam Cooper, will open on 28 October. Lighting is by Rick Fisher, sound by Matt McKenzie and the Musical Supervisor and Musical Director is Elliott Ware.
