Ghost The Musical opens April 23rd at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. Richard Fleeshman and Caissie Levy are reprising their starring roles as Sam and Molly, which they originated in London's hit West End production. They are joined by newcomer Da'Vine Joy Randolph as Oda Mae Brown and Bryce Pinkham as Carl Bruner. STAGE TUBE: GHOST Releases New 'Believe' Promo

Ghost the Musical, beginning previews March 15th with the opening date set for April 23rd, is directed by Tony Award winner Matthew Warchus (God of Carnage, The Norman Conquests, Boeing-Boeing) and choreographed by Ashley Wallen (The X Factor, Kylie Minogue). Ghost The Musical is created by a team of Grammy and Academy Award winners, with a brand-new original score by Dave Stewart (half of the multi-Grammy Award winning Eurythmics) and Glen Ballard (Michael Jackson's Man In The Mirror, Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill), with a book by Bruce Joel Rubin (Ghost, Jacob's Ladder, The Time Traveler's Wife), who has adapted his Academy Award winning original screenplay for the stage. This brand new score also includes the iconic song 'Unchained Melody,' famously performed in the film by The Righteous Brothers. Mark Evans (Welsh TV star and last on stage in the West End as Fiyero in Wicked) and Siobhan Dillon (finalist in Andrew Lloyd Webber's first reality TV show How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria? and most recently on stage in the West End in Legally Blonde The Musical) will take on the West End roles on Friday January 13th. In the video below, the Broadway-bound duo says goodbye to the West End production as they travel to the Great White Way!

The upcoming SPIDER-MAN: Turn Off the Dark musical was scheduled to begin previews on February 25, 2010. Financial troubles and a makeover of the producing team has delayed the opening to an undetermined date next season. Auditions for the role of Mary Jane Watson (formerly held by Evan Rachel Wood) and for the ensemble were held in April. The production's home will remain at the Hilton Theatre.
