Earlier this week, Abingdon Theatre Company presented its hugely popular Broadway on the Bowery series, kicking off with An Evening with Teal Wicks- an intimate evening of entertainment at which she lent her incredible voice to an array of songs with a downtown twist. The show was performed with the Bowery Quartet under the musical direction of Nick Wilders.

Beginning June 8, Goodspeed by the River returns bigger and better than ever. The summer-long series offers a variety of musical events under a big tent alongside the iconic Goodspeed Opera House.

Putting a twist on a?oeDivas Lamenta?? from Spamalot, with alternate lyrics by newcomer composer Ben Clark (The Circus in Winter) Roscioli riffs on the downsides of quarantine, endless hours at home, and a world where everything is cancelled. 

The beat goes on for Micaela Diamond, making her Broadway debut as Babe, the youngest Cher in The Cher Show. At just 19 years old, she has already taken the theatre scene by storm, opening a show on Broadway and being on a newly released cast recording. Diamond invited Inside Edition into her life, showing them what a regular day is like for her.

Jarrod Spector and Micaela Diamond, who play Sonny and Cher in the Broadway hit 'The Cher Show,' took the stage on TODAY to perform the 1965 track 'I Got You Babe.'
