Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts today announced the first 66 performances of the 2016-2017 season at The Barns at Wolf Trap, its historic 382-seat indoor venue. See below for a complete calendar of events and ticketing information.

An Evening with Chris Botti is set for Sunday, August 14, 2016 at 7 p.m. at The Kentucky Center's Brown Theatre at 315 W. Broadway in Louisville.

New York City Center presents Vail Dance Festival: ReMix NYC, November 3 through 6, celebrating Damian Woetzel's tenth year as artistic director of the Vail International Dance Festival. Channeling the spirit of the summer dance happening in the Rocky Mountains with three programs and an UpClose event, Vail Dance Festival: ReMix NYC brings the unique collaborative sensibility of Woetzel's festival to New York City, featuring dancers and musicians from many genres.

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Artistic Advisor at Large Renee Fleming today announced the artists for the inaugural season of Renee Fleming VOICES, a new concert series that heralds the power of the voice across a wide range of genres. The series includes Broadway favorites such as Hamilton Tony Award® winner Leslie Odom Jr., Tony® winner Alan Cumming (Cabaret), and Tony® favorite Megan Hilty, plus acclaimed jazz vocalist Jane Monheit, opera sensation Lawrence Brownlee, multidisciplinary performance artist Rinde Eckert, and composer and jazz pianist Billy Childs, who will bring to life his Grammy Award® Treasure: Reimagining Laura Nyro.

With its 37th season now behind it, Pacific Symphony bids farewell to three longtime, beloved and distinguished members of the orchestra: Raymond Kobler, concertmaster; Robert Becker, principal viola; and Russell Dicey, fourth horn.

On Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 8:00PM at Alice Tully Hall, the American Classical Orchestra, a 50-piece period instrument orchestra, presents its opening night concert of its 32nd Season. The program will include Mendelssohn's 'Scottish' Symphony, Berlioz's Les nuits d'ete, and Cipriani Potter's Symphony No. 10. In Mendelssohn's stormy Scottish Symphony, period instruments enliven the thrilling orchestration and memorable tunes for which the composer is so beloved. In Berlioz's evocative Les nuits d'ete, the ACO proudly introduces the extraordinary young American mezzo-soprano Avery Amereau. A rarely heard Symphony No. 10 by British composer Cipriani Potter completes a concert that takes the audience back into the luxurious sonorities of the Romantic Era.

The Washington Pavilion is excited to welcome the Boston Pops, the most recorded and arguably the most beloved orchestra in the country, to the Mary W. Sommervold Hall at 8 p.m. on Monday, March 27, 2017.  Affectionately known as "America's Orchestra", the Boston Pops has chosen Sioux Falls as one if its destinations during its limited Midwest tour. Joe's Pub at The Public presents the New York City premiere of Multiplied, the new show from Grammy Award-winning Lady Rizo, on July 19, 20, 25 and 26. The world-renowned cabaret superstar explores how fecundity and parenthood fit with the revelry of showbiz. Lady Rizo ingeniously weaves carefully chosen pop songs with her own stirring originals. Chamber Music America (CMA) today announced the appointment of pianist and composer Billy Childs as president of its board of directors, effective July 1. Childs is the organization's ninth board president, and the first jazz musician elected to the position. The CMA board of directors unanimously approved his first three-year term at its June 6th meeting.

Blue Note Hawaii, the state's premier venue for the world's most celebrated artists, announces local ukulele master Jake Shimabukuro in a return engagement tonight, June 29 - July 1, 2016.

Encore! Grammy-winning jazz trumpeter Chris Botti returns to the St. Regis Big Stars, Bright Nights line up on Thursday, July 21. Music Mountain, America's oldest continuing summer chamber music festival, continues its 87th Anniversary Season with a benefit concert featuring legendary pianist Peter Serkin and rising star Julia Hsu performing a special program on Sunday, July 10 (3pm); Piano 4 Hands will highlight Bach, Bizet, Brahms, and Mozart.
