The Appalachian Investigations of Mysterious Sightings team (AIMS) will head back to the Tygart Valley in West Virginia. The surviving members, Willy McQuillian, Jeff Headlee, Joseph “Huckleberry'' Lott, Jacob “Buck” Lowe and William “Wild Bill” Neff, are on a mission to go after a massive Sasquatch that they know roams these hidden hills.

Every once in a while, we fall prey to the glitz and glam of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Jazz Age. In the smaller space at Southwark Playhouse, it’s 1929. Daisy Buchanan - who now wants to be referred to with her maiden name, Fay - was in a sanatorium for seven years before escaping, still seemingly drugged up and confused, to find Jay Gatsby and live their extravagant life together. But Gatsby, of course, was killed in his swimming pool. We know it, everyone else seems to know it too. With the help of speakeasy owner Woolfe, Daisy retraces the events that led up to that fateful day.

Casting has been announced for Gatsby: The Musical; Ruby in the Dust Theatre's captivating musical adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's classic novel.  Alongside period glitz and glamour, a smoky jazz score and a sprinkling of wry humour will be a strong cast of West End talent.

Running for three exclusive performances at Above the Stag as part of the NOT THE EDINBURGH FRINGE FESTIVAL, images of the opening night on Thursday 20th August have been released. 

With a mix of music old and new and a script written by Linnie Reedman, THE STRANGE AFFAIR OF HERSCHEL GRYNSPAN brings to life a story that has hitherto been confined to the backwaters of history. On the 7th of November 1938 a desperate 17-year-old Jewish refugee walked into the German Embassy in Paris and shot a German diplomat.

Adapted by director Linnie Reedman, and with music and lyrics by Joe Evans, the piece brings F Scott Fitzgerald's classic novel to life for a semi-staged concert experience. Vibrant characters, popped corks, and infectious rhythms collide with personal conflicts and lost loves in this tragedy of the vanishing jazz era.

Jodie Steele (Heathers; Six The Musical) joins the digital concert rendition of Gatsby A Musical as leading-lady Daisy Buchanan, alongside Liam Doyle (Wicked; Legally Blonde) as Tom Buchanan, and Joe Frost (Jersey Boys; An Officer and a Gentleman) as George Wilson.

Former Spandau Ballet frontman, Ross William Wild (Elvis Presley in Million Dollar Quartet) and Olivier nominated actress, Charlotte Wakefield (Spring Awakening; The Sound of Music), will take on the famed roles of Jay Gatsby and Daisy Buchanan in a digital concert rendition of Gatsby A Musical.

A Green Day medley performed during the UK Lockdown by cast members of American Idiot has been released to support the Barn Theatre and The Ben Kinsella Trust.

'Live at Zedel' have announced an extra night added to the concert performance of 'GATSBY' later this month. Due to the popularity of the event the show will now be playing on Tuesday 27th August at 7pm as well as the scheduled Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th.
