The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce has announced that Cyndi Lauper and Harvey Fierstein, the creators of the hit Broadway musical Kinky Boots, will be honored with the 2,577th and 2,578th stars, respectively, on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in front of the historic Pantages Theatre (6243 Hollywood Boulevard) on April 11, 2016. Lauper's star will be dedicated in the category of Recording, and Fierstein's star will be dedicated in the category of Live Performance. The event will be live-streamed exclusively on www.walkoffame.com.
