Houses on the Moon Theater Company today announced the cast and creative team for the World Premiere of SuperHero, a new play written by Ian Eaton, developed with and directed by Warren Adams.

Constantine Maroulis and George Wendt are set to star in an Industry Presentation of Rock and Roll Man: The Alan Freed Story on Thursday, March 3 and Friday, March 4. It features music and lyrics by Gary Kupper, a book by Gary Kupper, Larry Marshak and Rose Caiola, choreography by Warren Adams, and direction by Randal Myler and Warren Adams.

Houses on the Moon Theater Company will begin its 20th Anniversary Season with the World Premiere of SuperHero, a new play written by Ian Eaton, developed with and directed by Warren Adams. Performances will begin Tuesday, April 12, 2022 for a limited engagement through May 1, 2022.

This program will be dedicated to fostering and preserving a culture of equity, diversity, access and inclusion while providing an invaluable, in-depth education in the business of commercial theater.

Black Theatre Coalition, the organization aiming “to build a sustainable, ethical roadmap to increase employment opportunities for Black theatre professionals” brings on Lico Whitfield as Program Director and Olivia Jones as Executive Director.

In comes Company! Just last night, the much anticipated revival of Company, starring Tony winner Katrina Lenk and two-time Tony winner Patti LuPone, opened on Broadway at the Bernard B. Houses on the Moon Theater Company/HOTM will hold their 20th anniversary gala, “Amplify 2021” on Monday evening, November 8, 2021 at The Loreto Theatre at The Sheen Center (18 Bleecker Street, NYC). The evening will honor a champion of unheard voices:  4-time Tony Award-winning Broadway producer Hal Luftig.
