BroadwayWorld has a first look at Cleveland Musical Theatre's newly revised version of Jane Eyre, The Musical starring Andrea Goss and Matt Bogart. This re-conceived version of Jane Eyre is the result of a yearlong collaboration between CMT's Artistic Director, Miles J. Sternfeld, Tony Award-nominated composerlyricist Paul Gordon and Tony Award-winning book writer John Caird. 

Charlotte Bronte's book, 'Jane Eyre,' is a gothic melodrama which centers on strong-minded Jane's cruel treatment by her sadistic cousin and aunt, being shipped off to jail-like boarding school, departing to become a nanny for the ward of the wealthy but psychologically tortured Edward Fairfax with whom she falls in love, and the resulting angst of secrets revealed.

The Colorado Theatre Guild's 13th Annual Henry Awards will take place Monday, July 23, 2018 at the Lone Tree Arts Center, located at 10075 Commons St. Lone Tree, CO 80124. The evening begins at 6 p.m. with cocktails and the awards ceremony will begin at 7 p.m., followed by a reception at the Lone Tree Arts Center. Cleveland Musical Theatre (CMT) announced today its full cast & creative team for the theatre's revised world premiere of Jane Eyre, August 31 - September 9.

Miles J. Sternfeld is in a big rush for theatrical success. The 23-year old, who graduated from Orange in 2013, is not the regular theatre nerd. He's not interested in being the next big star. Instead, he has set his sights on being a successful producer and director.

In fall of 2018, Cleveland Musical Theatre will present the world premiere of a newly revised version of Jane Eyre, The Musical, in Cleveland, Ohio. This re-conceived version of Jane Eyre is the result of a yearlong collaboration between CMT's Artistic Director, Miles J. The show opened last night, December 4, 2017, at New York Theatre Workshop (79 E. 4th Street New York, NY 10003) for a run through December 31, 2017.
