James Graham's critically acclaimed and prescient political drama takes on a new importance in the current political climate. Are we in the midst of a political revolution? Can the country stay united? Roll back to 1974... The corridors of Westminster ring with the sound of infighting and back biting as Britain's political parties' battle to change the future of the nation, whatever it takes.

Rehearsals have begun for the first UK tour of This House, which opens at West Yorkshire Playhouse on 23 February (national press night 28 February).

Come back with us to the late sixties and see this way-ahead-of-its-time comedy programme, complete with the occasional cock-ups, the original warm-up and incredible sound-effects… nostalgic and very, very funny.

Ben Righton takes on the role of our eponymous hero, Richard Hannay, having been seen most recently on our televisions as the one half of the witty Carling advert duo. Ellie Beaven follows a tremendously busy season at the RSC, where she received acclaim for her roles in Mad World My Masters, Candide and Titus Andronicous, by playing the three wonderful women in Hannay's life; Pamela, Annabella and Margaret.

A new cast has been announced for Patrick Barlow's adaptation of The 39 Steps, directed by Maria Aitken, currently in its third year at the Criterion Theatre. The new cast will feature John Hopkins as Richard Hannay. Other cast members include Stephen Critchlow, Stephen Ventura, and Natalie Walter. The new cast members of the hilarious 100-minute whodunnit begin July 13.
