The winners were announced this evening at the Prince of Wales Theatre for the 17th Annual WhatsOnStage Awards, presented by Simon Lipkin and Vikki Stone, celebrating the best of the UK's theatre over the past year, as voted for by the audience.

WhatsOnStage today announce that Simon Lipkin and Vikki Stone will present the 17th Annual WhatsOnStage Awards in the sold-out concert at the Prince of Wales Theatre on 19 February.

DISASTER!, the 2016 Broadway musical comedy spoof of star-studded 1970s jeopardy movies like The Poseidon Adventure, Earthquake and Airport, premiered at Charing Cross Theatre with two glittering gala concert charity performances to raise funds for The Make a Difference Trust on Sunday 20 November.

We popped into rehearsals for the UK Premiere of Seth Rudesky's Broadway hit DISASTER: THE MUSICAL! Starring its creator Broadway legend Seth Rudetsky and a cast of top West End performers, DISASTER is packed with unforgettable 70s dance floor hits such as 'I Will Survive', 'Knock On Wood,' 'Hooked On A Feeling,' 'I Am Woman' and 'Hot Stuff'.

West End star Simon Lipkin (Nathan Detroit alongside Rebel Wilson in Guys & Dolls, the title role in The Lorax, Barlow the Dog in I Can't Sing, Lonny in Rock Of Ages, Trekkie Monster in Avenue Q)  has joined the cast of DISASTER! as rehearsals get underway in London.

Hartshorn-Hook Productions and The Flanagan Collective team up for the sixth year running to present a rousing rendition of this timeless classic, served over a two-course Christmas feast. A heart-warming, foot-stomping immersive production, created by writer Alexander Wright and director Tom Bellerby. This seasonal show is presented in partnership with The Big Issue Foundation.

Immediately following a highly praised 6 months run at the Phoenix Theatre in London the production of Guys and Dolls went on an international tour starting with a week and a half in Israel, playing 11 shows at the Tel Aviv Performing Arts Center.

The international tour of the new highly praised Chichester Festival Theatre production of Guys and Dolls, which The Sunday Times declared as 'The most perfect musical comedy ever written', will arrive at the Tel Aviv Performing Arts Center for only 10 shows, starting on September 13.

Dr. Seuss's THE LORAX, directed by Max Webster and starring Simon Lipkin as the Lorax, alongside puppeteers Laura Cubitt and Ben Thompson and Simon Paisley Day as the Once-ler, is the third production in Matthew Warchus' opening season as Artistic Director of The Old Vic.
