NBC's broadcasts of THE SOUND OF MUSIC (2013), PETER PAN (2014), and THE WIZ (2015) showed us that everyone and their GBF has a strong opinion about every aspect of these broadcasts. The latest in unauthorized gossip and buzz from the heart of Chicago's showtune video bars, and musical theater news from Chicago to Broadway. Monday's trifecta of showtune events, including Jackie Burns following Idina, and 'Boy From Oz.' 'Mormon' and 'Dancing' return, and 'Gentleman's Guide' prepares. That 'October Sky' and 'Starcatcher' are set to open, but a lot of shows are closing. Not 'Ring Of Fire!' Concerts are on tap, too, including Seth McFarlane!

In this film 'The Rise of Thadland', they have graduated to the pros with the same incredible and ridiculous laugh out loud humorous antics that made the series such a success.

Starz Picks Up Seth MacFarlane's BLUNT TALK with Patrick Stewart for Two Seasons

Starz today announced a two-season, 20-episode greenlight of 'Blunt Talk,' a half-hour scripted comedy series from Media Rights Capital (MRC). The project, from Seth MacFarlane ('Family Guy,' Ted, A Million Ways to Die in the West) and Jonathan Ames ('Bored to Death'), was picked up straight-to-series with 20 episodes over two seasons, set to air in 2015.
