Watch her legendary choreography ignite the stage with two new works as Dance @ Annenberg Center Live continues October 30-November 1. Tickets cost $30-$75. One of the great choreographers of the modern age, Twyla Tharp, brings her 50th Anniversary program to The Wallis in a historic debut presentation which includes the world premieres of 'Preludes and Fugues,' set to the music of Johann Sebastian Bach and 'Yowzie,' set to a compilation of American jazz arranged by Henry Butler and Steve Bernstein. The Wallis, along with four other performing arts centers across the country, is a co-commissioner of the new work.

Instead of creating the expected for her 50th Anniversary Tour -- a retrospective of her greatest hits -- Twyla Tharp's restless spirit demanded she choreograph two brand new works for her troupe of 13 dancers. The ten-week cross-country celebration, which showcases the two new dances, 'Preludes and Fugues' and 'Yowzie', opens at the AT&T Performing Arts Center, presented by TITAS, in Dallas tonight and tomorrow, September 18-19 and concludes at Lincoln Center's Koch Theater, November 17-22. The Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University presents Twyla Tharp – 50th Anniversary Tour including two Chicago premieres, “Preludes and Fugues” and “Yowzie” November 5 – 8, at the historic Auditorium Theatre, 50 E. Congress Parkway. In a momentous co-commission with Ravinia Festival, as well as four other dance presenters in four other cities, the Auditorium is thrilled to present these two new works by world-renowned choreographer Twyla Tharp. Broadway and Australian stage vet Anthony Warlow will return to Broadway when he steps into the roles of 'Charles Frohman' and 'Captain Hook', beginning today, July 10. Warlow will remain in the show until September 13, when Kelsey Grammer, who originated the role on Broadway, returns as Captain of the pirate ship.

It's Official: Anthony Warlow Will Join FINDING NEVERLAND Into the Fall

We reported it first last week, and now it's official as word is just in that Broadway and Australian stage vet Anthony Warlow will return to Broadway this summer when he steps into the roles of "Charles Frohman" and "Captain Hook" in mid-July. There is still no word on the star's exact start date, or the reason for Kelsey Grammer's temporary departure. Warlow will remain in the show until September 13, when Kelsey Grammer, who originated the role on Broadway, returns as Captain of the pirate ship.

STARS IN THE ALLEY, presented by United Airlines, was held earlier today, May 27th in Shubert Alley, between Broadway and 8th Avenue and 44th and 45th Streets. Hosted by HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH's Darren Criss, Broadway's best turned out for the annual performance - including Finding Neverland's Laura Michelle Kelly, who performed 'All That Matters- check it out below!
