He discusses the local productions given his musicaliGhost and play Next Window, Please and his acting roles in two GRT productions: the recently closed Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None and the upcoming My Three Angels, set to open December 9.

ROBYN SPANGLER'S CD Release Party for her new CD 'Why I Love Linda Ronstadt' with Musical Director Todd Schroeder. Ronstadt is best known as the queen of the 'rock ballad' with her string of hits in the late 60‘s and early 70‘s but that's just the beginning of a four plus decade career in music which includes almost every genre.

What has made Linda Ronstadt so popular? She has a lovely voice, indeed, but so do many other vocalists whose voices never emanate past the rafters of a church choir. Ronstadt has always defied description. She's a true rebel. Just when you thought you could put a label on what she sang - pop, country, jazz, out of the blue she'd come up with another big surprise, like lifting her voice several octaves to perfrom Gilbert and Sullivan and The Pirates of Penzance. Then it dropped down again in elegant style as she decided to pay homage to all those lovely Nelson Riddle tunes from the big band era. And she was good, no the best, with every type of music she sang. Well, Robyn Spangler radiates such warmth and finesse as a singer ...and she has the whole Linda Ronstadt collection down pat. And it's not an imitation; she has a singularly and distinctively pretty voice. She also knows how to sing with an easy going style that makes for good listening, and most importantly pays attention to every lyric. She sings from the heart. 'On A Liquid Afternoon' is Robyn Spangler's debut release. The CD draws from various styles and composers having a mix of not only standard musical theatre and jazz faire but also a little country and even some Motown sound.

Robyn Spangler brings her one woman cabaret show 'Let Me Sing!,' to The Arthur Newman Theatre at the Joslyn Center in Palm Desert at 7 PM as part of Les Michaels' Life Is A Cabaret Concert Series. Robyn has always been a singer but is probably best known for her 'day job' of appearing in over 150 commercials including Hilton Hotels, Ford Cars and Trucks, Gatorade and Polygrip.

At an early age, Jan Daley had already broken into television with guest appearances on The Tonight Show, The Merv Griffin Show, The Dean Martin Show, and The David Frost Show on BBC, and co-starred in music specials with Frankie Avalon and Jack Cassidy.
