Recording artist Sir Ari Gold, who also performs under the name GoldNation, will celebrate his birthday on Sunday, February 10th with two different sets at The Cutting Room. The event will also honor the 50th Anniversary of Stonewall and the role of dance music as the defining soundtrack to LGBTQ liberation and equality with music from his album 'Soundtrack to Freedom' and the upcoming 'Remix to Freedom.' The evening will contain an acoustic set at 7:30 and an electronic dance set at 9:30.

Jobsite Theater continues their 20th Anniversary Season with another hit! Othello opens this Fri., Jan. 11, but performances are already selling so well that the company has decided to open up the run through Feb. 9. Othello begins previews tonight, Wed. Jan 9, in the Shimberg Playhouse at the Straz Center where Jobsite is resident theater company. The added performances are Feb. 7-9, all at 8pm.

Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. (September 12, 2018) -  Eric Coble's new play "Swagger", developed by Palm Beach Dramaworks as part of the One Humanity Tour, captivated the sixth grade students at Watson B. Duncan Middle School. The piece and accompanying talk back served to strengthen the bond between young citizens and their local police officers by generating discussion and providing resources without taking a side on what is today a hot topic issue. "Swagger" delivers the same event from three points of view in a direct address format focusing on story and character relationships.
