Tony Award-winner BD Wong is set to perform alongside San Diego State University students next weekend as his new musical gets staged readings.

Producers Don Frantz (Beauty and the Beast) and Jonathan Pollard (I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change) are thrilled to announce that the original "princess posse" of last fall's sold-out, NY premiere limited engagement of DISENCHANTED! will be making the transfer to Westside Theatre Upstairs (407 West 43rd Street) for the show's upcoming open-ended run.

Following the sold-out, 9-week limited NY premiere engagement that received audience and critical acclaim, producers Don Frantz (Beauty and the Beast) and Jonathan Pollard (I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change) have announced that the hilarious hit musical DISENCHANTED! will begin an open-ended engagement March 16, 2015 at Westside Theatre Upstairs (407 West 43rd Street). The cast and opening night will be announced shortly.

A reading of WE FOXES, a new musical by Ryan Scott Oliver - whose, JASPER IN DEADLAND recently concluded a sold-out Off-Broadway run - will be held on Monday, May 5th at the Experimental Theatre on the San Diego State University campus at 7:30pm.

The MFA Musical Theatre Program has invited contemporary music theatre composer Ryan Scott Oliver to be a composer-in-residence from April 28-May 7, 2014. Mr. Oliver will work with the current MFA Musical Theatre students as well as selected alumni to present a reading of his new work, We Foxes, on Monday, May 5 at 7:30pm at the Experimental Theatre on the San Diego State University campus. We Foxes is directed by Paula Kalustian with music direction by Robert Meffe.

The Weston Playhouse Theatre Company has announced Darling as the winner of its seventh annual New Musical Award. Written by Ryan Scott Oliver and Brett Ryback, Darling is described as a coming-of-age story about a teenager, Ursula Morgan, who leaves behind her upper-class family and finds herself in the seedy underground of Depression-era Boston -- a world of sex, jazz and a mysterious drug called....fairy dust.

Bob Stillman, Linda Balgord, Anika Larsen and Lucas Steele will lead the cast of Prospect Theater Company's production of Myths and Hymns, Adam Guettel's acclaimed song cycle about memory, loss and redemption.

Prospect Theater Company will hold a talkback with director Elizabeth Lucas and cast members from the critically-acclaimed production of Adam Guettel's Myths and Hymns following the Thursday, February 23 performance. Among the cast members in attendance will be Bob Stillman, Anika Larsen and Matthew Farcher. In addition, a 5pm performance has been added on Saturday, February 25. The production must close on February 26.
