Broadway Records (Van Dean, President) announced today the full lineup of artists appearing at this year's BroadwayCon Album Signing Booth. The lineup of the artists includes Rob Rokicki and the Broadway cast of The Lightning Thief, Kerry Butler, Randy Rainbow, Brian Stokes Mitchell, and more.

President & Producer of Disney Theatrical Productions Thomas Schumacher; Caissie Levy (Frozen on Broadway); Nicholas Christopher (Hamilton on Broadway); Jennifer Locke (Hamilton national tour); creator/Executive Producer Tim Federle, Olivia Rodrigo, and Joshua Bassett (High School Musical: The Musical: The Series on Disney +); Luca Padovan and Isabella Russo (School of Rock); Jeff Calhoun (Newsies, Between The Lines); Rob Rokicki (The Lighting Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical); and Lotte Wakeham (Roald Dahl's Matilda The Musical) are some of the stars and creatives confirmed for the 2020 iTheatrics Junior Theater Festival Atlanta (#JTF).

Following the conclusion of its strictly limited 16-week holiday engagement on Broadway, The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical will return to the road for a national touring production in the 2020-2021 season.

A New York City Twisted Holiday Tradition celebrated its Twelfth Year of putting the 'extra' in 'extravaganza!' Joe Iconis and his merry band of musical theater punks brought their insane celebration of all things red and green back to Feinstein's/54 Below.

Broadway Records announced today the surprise release of the Deluxe Edition of the Original Cast Recording of The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical as well as a Karaoke Album, now available digitally. This past Thursday at Broadway Sessions we were joined by cast members and the composer of Broadway's The Lightning Thief! We had such an incredible time with Rob Rokicki, Amanda Flynn, Sarah Beth Pfeifer, T. Shyvonne Stewart, and Izzy Figueroa. Our two Rising Stars were the amazing Torri Bouslough and Savannah Lobel. Drew Wutke was our FANTASTIC guest pianist for the evening and it was such a fun time for all involved.

The preteens dressed in their matinee finest seemed to be having a swell time when this critic attended The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical. So really, if this review seems less than enthusiastic, it's written with the full understanding that pleasing an overly-seasoned playgoer who, until recently, thought this was going to be a jukebox musical about some songwriter named Percy Jackson, is not a priority.
