Five kids will join the cast of Cameron Mackintosh’s acclaimed new 'Miss Saigon' production in time for its premiere at The Theatre at Solaire in March 2024, which kicks off its Asian tour. This 'Miss Saigon' production initially played at the Sydney Opera House in 2023.

The Kleban Foundation will present the 34th annual Kleban Prize for Musical Theatre on Monday, February 5 at 4PM in a private ceremony (by invitation only) hosted by ASCAP and BMI at New World Stages.

LAGUNA PLAYHOUSE presents the first show of the new year with the roof-raising musical revue, AIN’T MISBEHAVIN’, music by Thomas “Fats” Waller, conceived by Richard Maltby, Jr. and Murray Horwitz, musical direction by Abdul Hamid Royal, choreography by Roxane Carrasco and directed by Yvette Freeman Hartley. The 2024 Kleban Prize for the most promising musical theatre librettist has been awarded to  Lisa Loomer.

The performance, of course, received a standing ovation.

Reprising their roles from the Goodman Theatre in Chicago are Alison Luff as Mrs. Walker, Adam Jacobs as Captain Walker, John Ambrosino as Uncle Ernie, Bobby Conte as Cousin Kevin, and Christina Sajous as The Acid Queen. They join previously announced Ali Louis Bourzgui as Tommy Walker, also reprising his Jeff Award-winning role from the Goodman.
