Cygnet Theatre has announced the cast and creative team of Evita with music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Tim Rice. This Tony Award-winning musical is directed by Sean Murray and runs August 9 - September 24 at Cygnet Theatre in Old Town.

Boston Court Artistic Director Emeritus Michael Michetti will direct a rare Los Angeles production of Stephen Sondheim's Tony Award-Winning Best Musical. This production will feature brand new orchestrations created for an intimate chamber orchestra featuring five musicians.

Running January through March and sponsored by Vista Energy Storage, ClubM will feature Eric Kunze (Broadway - 'Les Misérables,' 'Miss Saigon,' 'Damn Yankees') and Gina Feliccia (Broadway and Broadway National Tour - 'Les Misérables') on Friday, Jan. 17 and Saturday, Jan. 18 (please note that the January 18 date is sold out); Jacob Haren (Broadway- 'The Book of Mormon') on Saturday, February 1; Moonlight Favorites including Bets Malone, Richard Bermudez, Kevin Hafso-Koppman and Kyrsten Hafso-Koppman on Saturday, Feb. 15; and Allison Spratt Pearce (Broadway - 'Curtains') on Saturday, March 14. a?oeInto the Woods,a?? the Stephen Sondheim musical that catapulted the reputation of the Moonlight Amphitheatre in 1990 when it was the first regional theatre in the United States to be granted the production rights to the show, will be presented in a concert version for one night only on Sat., October 5 at 7:30 p.m.

A cast of leading regional musical theatre artists from throughout Southern California will join a live orchestra on the stage of the Moonlight Amphitheatre for one-night-only on Sat., July 7 at 8:00 p.m. for a concert version of Sherman Edwards and Peter Stone's iconic Broadway musical 1776. Moonlight Stage Productions' chiefs Steven Glaudini, Producing Artistic Director, and Colleen Kollar Smith, Managing Director, will take prominent roles in the concert: Glaudini will reprise his award-winning portrayal of John Adams, while Kollar Smith will provide direction and musical staging. Ovation Award winner, John Glaudini, who serves as the Musical Director for FROZEN: LIVE AT THE HYPERION at Disneyland will musical direct and conduct.
