On June 29th, 2014, New Jersey/New York fixture Joe D'Urso will present the first-ever Rockland-Bergen Music Festival on the borders of Rockland and Bergen counties in Tappan, New York. 'I've been thinking about doing this for some time as I felt the Rockland and Bergen counties were underserved when it came to something like this' says D'Urso. 'Also, with Pete Seeger's recent passing, it was the catalyst to get me to finally commit to organizing this particular festival which also coincides with my 50th birthday in late June. I think you could say that mortality was a motivation! I had the opportunity to work with Pete a few times over the years and his inspiration, along with Harry Chapin's and Bruce Springsteen's, run deep in me.'

Great Hudson River Revival (Clearwater Festival) this weekend, June 21 and 22 in beautiful Croton Point Park, Croton-On-Hudson, NY marks the first event since the passing of its founders, musician and activist Pete Seeger and his wife Toshi Seeger. Clearwater 2014 promises to be a special celebration of the Seeger's and their legacy - hosting many Clearwater friends old and new, many of who will perform special musical tributes during the event.

S2BN Entertainment and OZONO Productions bring the hit off-Broadway show, Fuerza Bruta, back to life with WAYRA, the electrifying and innovative third production in the De La Guarda trilogy. Having recently thrilled audiences in London, England and Buenos Aires, Argentina, the New York City production of WAYRA will begin performances at the Daryl Roth Theatre (101 E. 15th Street, NYC) on Friday, June 27, 2014 (originally scheduled to begin June 25), and features spectacular new scenes and, for the first time in the history of the trilogy, live music. An official opening night for WAYRA has been set for Tuesday, July 8, 2014.

Unavailable since its release on VHS, the original 35mm footage shot at these concerts has been restored in HD and re-mastered with six previously unreleased songs for this PBS special.

Well-known contemporary guitarists will pay tribute to the masters of the instrument presenting a celebration of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. The series is hosted and curated by Jeff Doctorow and will feature Blind Mice and Still Saffire.

Michael Miles performs his acclaimed one-man show, From Senegal to Seeger, a social and political portrait of America through the strings of a banjo, live at the Mary D. During the early 1960s New York's The Bitter End Nightclub hosted Folk music 'hootenannies' every Tuesday night, featuring many performers who have since become legendary including Bob Dylan, Joan Baez, Ramblin' Jack Elliott, Tom Paxton, Peter, Paul and Mary, Odetta and Pete Seeger.
