 LETTERS LIVE is thrilled to announce Cynthia Erivo, Edie Falco, Ian McShane, James Earl Jones, Katie Holmes, Kyle MacLachlan, Laurence Fishburne, Molly Ringwald and Uzo Aduba as the second wave of confirmed performers for its first ever NYC shows on May 18th and May 19th 2018, at The Town Hall. They will join previously-announced guest Benedict Cumberbatch. Performances begin at 8pm ET and will run for 2 hours and 20 minutes with a 20 intermission. The Town Hall is located at 123 West 43rd Street, between Sixth Avenue and Broadway, in midtown Manhattan. Additional celebrity cast members will be announced prior to the shows, while the rest will be a surprise each night.

Jade Bird Confirms North American Headline Tour

Jade Bird will kick off her first official headlining tour this fall, including Bumbershoot, Grandoozy and Pilgrimage. Renowned Speed Painter Michael Israel To Perform At Parkland Strong Benefit Concert

AEG Presents, in partnership with 104.3 The Shark and Entercom Radio Group and the City of Pompano Beach, is proud to announce that world-renowned "Speed Painter" Michael Israel has been added to the impressive lineup for #ParklandStrong, A Benefit for the Victims of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas School Shooting. The fundraising concert will take place at The Pompano Beach Amp on May 16th and will feature New Found Glory; Chris Carrabba of Dashboard Confessional, playing an intimate acoustic set; and Ryan Key of Yellowcard. In addition, the Toronto-based Choir!Choir!Choir! will unite The Amp in song. All of the proceeds including ticket sales, concessions, auction items, merchandise and sponsorships will be donated to the official Broward Education Foundation Stoneman Douglas Victims' Fund.  Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at pbamp.com and axs.com.

ASCAP, the American Society of Composers Authors and Publishers, hosted its 35th Annual ASCAP Pop Music Awards on Monday, April 23, recognizing four impressive songwriting talents with a 2018 ASCAP Pop Music Songwriter of the Year award, each for their individual achievement in crafting some of the most popular songs of 2017. Steve Mac won for 'Shape of You' (Ed Sheeran), 'Strip That Down' (Liam Payne ft. Quavo), 'Rockabye' (Clean Bandit ft. Sean Paul) and 'What About Us' (P!nk); Max Martin, receiving the award for an unprecedented 11th time, for 'Side To Side' (Ariana Grande), 'Can't Stop The Feeling!' (Justin Timberlake), 'Send My Love' (Adele) and 'Just Like Fire' (P!nk); Starrah for 'Now or Never' (Halsey), 'Fake Love' (Drake), 'What Lovers Do' (Maroon 5 ft. SZA) and 'Havana' (Camila Cabello); and Drew Taggart for '1-800-273-8255' (Logic ft. Alessia Cara and Khalid) in addition to three hits by his band, The Chainsmokers: 'Something Just Like This' (ft. Coldplay), 'Closer' (ft. Halsey) and 'Paris.'  ASCAP President and award-winning songwriter Paul Williamspresented the awards.
