Due to overwhelming demand, Roundabout Theatre Company announces a second one-week extension to the Roundabout Underground world-premiere production of Usual Girls by Ming Peiffer, directed by Tyne Rafaeli. The sold out limited engagement, which was previously extended one week, will now play through December 23, 2018.

The Alley Theatre's Alley All New Festival, January 20-28, 2018, features six playwrights and more than 30 actors from the Alley and around the country who will be presenting new work through a series of readings and workshop performances. In addition to Alley Resident Company members, many artists have existing connections to the Alley and some are making their Alley debut. The start of the festival will celebrate the reopening of the Neuhaus Theatre. Romeo and Juliet, William Shakespeare's classic love story, with a cast of 20, period costuming, sword fights, and scenic design by a Tony Award winner, will be directed by Playhouse Artistic Director Mark Lamos at Westport Country Playhouse, from October 31 through November 19. This is the first time the beloved play has been produced in the history of the Playhouse's 87 seasons.
