Jonathan Tolins' outrageous new comedy 'Buyer & Cellar' featuring Michael Urie (TV's 'Ugly Betty') opened last night, July 13, at the Center Theatre Group/Mark Taper Forum at 7 p.m. Directed by Stephen Brackett, this New York runaway hit continues through August 17. The Hollywood Bowl's upcoming production of Hair, the American Tribal Love-Rock musical, which won the Tony and Drama Desk Award for best revival of a musical in 2009, will star Kristen Bell as Sheila, Hunter Parrish as Claude, Amber Riley as Dionne, Jenna Ushkowitz as Jeanie and Beverly D'Angelo as Mom. Adam Shankman will direct and choreograph. Hair will be conducted by Lon Hoyt. Zach Woodlee will serve as associate director and associate choreographer. Additional casting is to be announced.
