NEWSical the Musical: End of the World Edition, the ever-evolving, completely unsanitized musical mockery of all the news that's fit to spoof, will welcome Tommy Walker to the principal cast on April 6, 2012. Walker has been a swing in NEWSical since 2009. He replaces John Walton West, who played his final performance on April 4.

Kids 'N Comedy, New York's leading presenter of young comic talent, will present the 'When We Were Young Show' on April 22 at Gotham Comedy Club, 208 West 23rd Street. It's a theme show in which teenage comics long for a simpler time. Who said you had to wait till you were old to start complaining about change?

MTV today unveiled the first phase of its 2012 Election campaign, 'Power of 12,' which aims to inform and engage young voters and amplify their voices throughout the 2012 elections. On-air, the network will premiere 'Our Voice,' an MTV News Short-form Documentary with Andrew Jenks that brings the voices of young voters directly to Newt Gingrich, Mitt Romney, Ron Paul and other GOP candidates and 'When I was 22,' an MTV News documentary that will give viewers a unique portrait of select Presidential candidates.
Sarah Palin Pitches New Reality Show to Networks

As first reported in the Hollywood Reporter, Sarah Palin and producer Mark Burnett are currently pitching a new reality series about Palin's husband Todd and his adventures on his snowmobile. While Palin's 2010 reality series, TLC's 'Alaska', attracted an astonishing 5 million viewers, initial interest in the new project is weak.
