BroadwayHD will debut the exclusive worldwide release of Broken Wings: The Musical and Sasha Regan’s All-Male H.M.S. Pinafore to their platform on September 22nd. 

A top line-up of West End stars will be taking to the stage at West End for Ukraine on Monday 9 May 2022 at the Charing Cross Theatre. The musical fundraiser is in aid of the UNICEF Ukraine Emergency Appeal, raising vital urgent funds for children in desperate need. 

I’m not sure I was prepared for what I witnessed as I sat in the round of the Charing Cross Theatre, awaiting the overture for Broken Wings which I’d heard so much buzz about. An adaptation of a poetic novel by Gibran Khalil Gibran, Broken Wings is pitched by Director Bronagh Lagan as being a “tale of first love, loss and identity”.

'Rumi: The Musical' by Dana Al Fardan, one of the Middle East's leading contemporary composers, and West End star Nadim Naaman, will get its world premiere at the London Coliseum in November 2021.

The teachings, poems and philosophy of Rumi have been celebrated across the world for centuries. As such, it's hardly surprising that his story has found its way onto the stage in Rumi: The Musical.

Featuring festive favourites from the musical theatre cannon, traditional carols, and more, the concert will be hosted by Tom Read Wilson and Dolly Diamond, with musical direction by George Francis and BSL translation by Paul Whittaker alongside a host of West End stars.
