BCameron Mackintosh's acclaimed new production of Claude-Michel Schonberg & Alain Boublil's LES MISERABLES will celebrate its 500th performance today at the Imperial Theatre (249 West 45th Street). Now in its second year on Broadway, this newly-reimagined production of LES MISERABLES opened on Broadway March 23, 2014.

Creator Andrew Lloyd Webber has invited guests (scroll down to read the full, official invitation letter!) to the Grammercy Theatre to watch an early version of SCHOOL OF ROCK-THE MUSICAL. Tickets are now on sale for the preview concerts, scheduled for tonight, June 3 at 7:30pm, tomorrow, June 4 at 7:30pm, Friday, June 5 at 7:30pm and Saturday, June 6 at 2:00pm.

Additional casting has not yet been announced. Tickets are now on sale for the preview concerts, scheduled for June 3 at 7:30pm, June 4 at 7:30pm, June 5 at 7:30pm and June 6 at 2:00pm.

According to the New York Times, creator Andrew Lloyd Webber has invited guests to the Grammercy Theatre to watch an early version of the new musical. He writes in the invitation: 'Someone up there in cyberspace has intimated that you might be interested in an invitation to a rather unusual theater event. The very first incarnation of 'School of Rock' will be a staged, actually highly staged concert at the Gramercy Theater for just a few performances.'

Alfie Boe to Succeed Tony Nominee Ramin Karimloo in Broadway's LES MISERABLES

Internationally-renowned performer Alfie Boe will return to Broadway to star as 'Jean Valjean' in Cameron Mackintosh's acclaimed new Broadway production of Claude-Michel Schonberg & Alain Boublil's Les Miserables, now in its second year at the Imperial Theatre (249 West 45th Street). Boe begins performances in Les Miserables Tuesday, September 1. Tony Award nominee Ramin Karimloo will give his final performance as Valjean on Sunday, August 30. Boe made his Broadway debut as Rodolfo in Baz Luhrmann's acclaimed production La Boheme, for which he and his co-stars received a special Tony Award in 2003 for their performances.

Acclaimed British actor Earl Carpenter will return to the role of Javert in Cameron Mackintosh's new production of Claude-Michel Schonberg & Alain Boublil's LES MISERABLES beginning Tuesday, May 12 at Broadway's Imperial Theatre (249 West 45th Street). Will Swenson will give his final performance as Javert Sunday, May 10. Carpenter performed the role on Broadway last summer while Swenson was on hiatus from the production for another project.

Cameron Mackintosh's spectacular new production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA broke the two-week 16 performance box office record at the Fabulous Fox Theater in St. Louis, MO, grossing $4,527,831 for the March 3-15, 2015 engagement. PHANTOM further cemented its place as the all-time box office leader at the Fabulous Fox with 241 performances over 7 engagements drawing 815,000 attendees and generating more than $40 million in box office receipts since the title's 1993 St. Louis premiere.
