La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts and Mccoy Rigby Entertainment present the second show of its 2017-2018 season, and the 40th anniversary of the iconic theatre, with Angela Ingersoll starring as Judy Garland in END OF THE RAINBOW by Peter Quilter, featuring musical direction by Jon Steinhagen and directed by Michael Matthews.

Sharon Playhouse, the not-for-profit summer theatre, located at the foot of the Berkshires in Litchfield County, CT, has announced today the appointment of Robert Levinstein and Alan M-L Wager of 22Q Entertainment as Co-Producers of the Playhouse, responsible for the management and artistic direction for the 2018 season and beyond.

Jill Santoriello, the award-winning playwright and composer of the Broadway musical 'A Tale of Two Cities' and a new show 'It Happened in Key West', will be flying out from New York City to visit CenterPoint Legacy Theatre, where 'A Tale of Two Cities' is presently showing to enthusiastic crowds.

After auditioning performers in New York City, Los Angeles and Sacramento, California Musical Theatre has confirmed casting for all five shows in the 67th Music Circus season. The cast is loaded with Broadway veterans-some of whom are making their Music Circus debuts-Tony Award nominees, and audience favorites from previous Music Circus productions.

Stars of stage and screen will gather Monday, April 3rd to celebrate the life and legacy of Sir Peter Shaffer , much-beloved English playwright and screenwriter known for such iconic works as Equus , Amadeus , and Lettice and Lovage . Shaffer, a Manhattan resident for his last 40 years, died last May at 90, leaving behind loving family and friends, and a body of work that has shaped and influenced the theater scene for decades.
