Derek Klena will be joining the faculty at the prestigious NYC conservatory training program, The Institute for American Musical Theatre (IAMT). Klena will teach Song Interpretation regularly this fall.

Broadway veterans James Moye (Dear Evan Hansen), Ginna Claire Mason (Wicked) and Major Attaway (Aladdin) will team with an all-star lineup of Broadway performers from Aladdin, Wicked, Rent, Million Dollar Quartet and Rock of Ages tonight at the annual New Year's Eve extravaganza at Tony's Di Napoli at Times Square.

In attendance were former Broadway Matildas Bailey Ryon, Milly Shapiro, Oona Laurence, Sophia Gennusa, Gabriella Pizzolo, Alexandra Vlachos, Ava Briglia, Ava Ulloa, Aviva Winick, Brooklyn Shuck, Eliza Madore, Fina Strazza, Mattea Conforti and Mimi Clark-Ryder. After only 5 years in business, IAMT is expanding. This fall, NYC’s most exciting musical theatre program will be moving into their second space in Washington Heights- a 5000 sq. ft. acting school. This space will be dedicated to acting technique class, Film & TV class, along with presenting new musicals from both the IAMT New Works Series and the IAMT Creators program.

Additional details have been announced for the one-night only, bi-coastal livestream jamfest Rock of Ages: All-Star Reunion Concert tomorrow night, Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 8:00PM ET. All ticket purchasers will have the option of watching the concert live and/or on demand for an additional 24 hours through Monday, April 26.
