The Kennedy Center is getting into the Halloween spirit with its all-star production of Little Shop of Horrors. It has just been announced that James Monroe Iglehart will not be able to perform. He will be replaced by Michael James Leslie, who has played the role of Audrey II to critical acclaim on Broadway and more.

Quill and Quaver Associates P/L will present industry readings of The Stranger From Seville - A New Musical, based on The Mapmaker's Opera by Bea Gonzalez, with music by Kevin Purcell and book & lyrics by Victor Kazan.  Directed by Martin Platt, with music direction by Matt Castle and orchestrations by Mark Buys, the readings will be held on Tuesday, September 25.  

The Tooting Arts Club production of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street begins its final six weeks at the Barrow Street Theatre starting tonight. Beginning July 31st, returning cast member Jake Boyd (as 'Anthony') and original cast members Betsy Morgan (as 'Pirelli & Beggar Woman') and Joseph Taylor (as 'Tobias') join current cast members
