Michael Emerson Will Host Tectonic Theater Project's MOMENTS IN PROGRESS

Tectonic Theater Project will present MOMENTS IN PROGRESS, a reading of selections from new plays currently in development, on Monday, January 27 at 7:30pm co-presented by and performed at the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan, 334 Amsterdam Ave. Tectonic Theater Project company member and two-time Emmy Award winner Michael Emerson will host the evening, guiding audiences through Tectonic's current projects. Emerson has been a part of Tectonic since their first breakout hit, Gross Indecency: The Three Trials of Oscar Wilde, and has since starred in the hit television shows Lost, Arrow, Person of Interest and more.
New CBS Series EVIL To Premiere On SYFY In Spain

Red Bull Theater today announced the cast for the one-night-only, all-star benefit concert performance of the Olivier Award-winning Best Musical Return to the Forbidden Planet, a musical of Shakespearean proportions by Bob Carlton. On Friday, September 20 at 7PM, The Sheen Center for Thought & Culture (18 Bleecker Street at the corner of Elizabeth Street in NYC), will host an exclusive, advance screening of the new CBS series, 'Evil.' Following the screening of pilot episode, series creators Robert King and Michelle King ('The Good Wife,' 'The Good Fight') will participate in a talkback with attendees. Secret Identity a brand new play by playwright Chris Weikel will debut it's World Premiere at The Flea Theatre on January 9th. The story tackles high school bullying in a witty and provocative way when the protagonist escapes into his comic book world of Super Heroes before learning that being authentic is key to acceptance.
