Soho Rep presents the world premiere of multidisciplinary theater-maker, musician, and composer Jillian Walker's The Whitney Album. Walker's ritual performance flows between incantation, love lecture, scene, and song as it considers the labor of performance itself and honors the legacy of Whitney Houston and so many other Black women beloved, and consumed, for their art.

The production concludes a 2022-23 Soho Rep season consisting entirely of works commissioned by the organization

 The Obie Award-winning HERE announced that due to a positive COVID test within the company, all performances of Marie It’s Time have been cancelled through Saturday September 17, 2022. Performances will resume Wednesday September 21.

Marie It’s Time will begin performances at HERE’s Mainstage Theatre on September 7, 2022, and open September 9 for a limited run through September 24, 2022. Get a first look at photos here!

The Obie Award-winning HERE will present Marie It’s Time. Created and Produced by Minor Theater, the company that brought you Julia Jarcho’s Obie Award-winning Grimly Handsome, Marie It’s Time is written by Jarcho, who also performs in her work for the first time.

The Hangar Theater has announced the upcoming production of Cabaret.  One of the most successful stage productions of all time, with music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb and book by Joe Masteroff, Cabaret tells the story of the Kit Kat Club's  provocative performers, curious audience members, and mysterious Master of Ceremonies during the dawning of the Nazi era in Berlin, Germany.

Irish Repertory Theatre announced today that their next Performance on Screen digital production is Little Gem.
