The 75th Primetime Emmys will not air on the originally scheduled date of September 18, 2023.

The record-breaking nominations include 27 for the final season of “Succession,” the most of any program and making Emmy history with three nominations for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series. Additionally, new series “The Last of Us” breaks through, earning major award nominations. “The White Lotus” sweeps the supporting actor/actress.

Yvette Nicole Brown and Television Academy chairman and CEO Frank Scherma will reveal the nominations for the 2023 Emmy Awards. Eligible nominees include Schmigadoon!, Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Only Murders in the Building, Ted Lasso, The Crown, The White Lotus, and more. The world premiere of Jack Craddock is Having a Party, a new comedy by Harrison Harvey, has been set to play nine performances only at Moving Arts Theatre beginning Friday, May 12, at 8pm. The first season of the series is now streaming on HBO Max.

Today, Freeform announced that the critically acclaimed series “The Bold Type” will return for a fifth and final season. A signature hit for the network, the series will celebrate Kat, Jane and Sutton’s journey in the farewell episodes set to air later this year.
