TIME has revealed the 2024 TIME100, its annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world. Among this year's honorees in the world of theatre are Fantasia Barrino, Colman Domingo, Alex Edelman, Leslie Odom Jr., Da'Vine Joy Randolph and Jeffrey Wright.

John Mulaney will explore the city of Los Angeles with his comedian friends in the upcoming Netflix special John Mulaney Presents: Everybody's In LA. We’ve had a recent spate of the murderous, dark comedies, Dear Reader. First there was “Blood Countess” from MAP Theatre and then the 5th Avenue gave us “Something’s Afoot” and is soon to give us “Clue”. And now Seattle Public Theater has joined in with Jen Silverman’s “The Moors”. And like the others, this one has a tendency to dwell on its own joke a touch too long. But luckily for us it also has a killer cast (pun intended) to keep us giggling.

“Saturday Night Live” alumni Tina Fey and Amy Poehler broke the record for most consecutive shows by any comedian at the Beacon Theatre with their sold-out run of 11 consecutive shows at the iconic venue between February 7 and 18, as part of their Restless Leg tour.

Keke Palmer and Stephanie Hsu's talents have taken them to The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy. The new adult animated series follows Dr. Sleech (Hsu) and Dr. Klak (Palmer) as they shed light on mental illness through comedy. Peacock won its first-ever Primetime Emmy Award tonight with Judith Light winning Outstanding Guest Actress In A Comedy Series for her role as Irene Smothers in POKER FACE's “Time of the Monkey.” The award was presented at tonight's Creative Arts Emmy Awards ceremony, and this is Light's first-ever Primetime Emmy Award win.

The Coolidge Corner Theatre (‘the Coolidge') has announced the winter/spring 2024 lineup of its weekly Kids' Shows. Sure to delight all ages, the new season launches on Sunday, January 7 at 10:30am with a live performance by The Stacey Peasley Band.
