Multiple Award winning Performer/Producer/Director Tanya Moberly will appear at legendary nightspot Don’t Tell Mama this fall to perform and record two shows that are audience favorites

Visit Playhouse on Park on Saturday, April 29th, 2023 for DANDELION DAY and celebrate the World Premiere of the children's musical DANDELION. Activities will include face painting, popcorn, snacks, giveaways, “make a wish” station, arts and crafts, and a post-show meet and greet with the cast.

DANDELION, adapted from the children's book by Don Freeman, will run from April 25 - May 14th at Playhouse on Park in West Hartford, CT. This production is part of Playhouse on Park's Theatre for Young Audience Series, and is recommended for Grades Pre-K - 3.

Following a two-year hiatus as a result of the global pandemic, The Chase Brock Experience (CBE) - the critically acclaimed New York City-based contemporary dance company from esteemed Broadway and contemporary choreographer, Chase Brock (Be More Chill, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hercules) - has returned to NYC’s Theatre Row to debut an all-new dance-narrative inspired by Brock’s personal family history. Titled Big Shot, the new work features direction and choreography by Chase Brock and CBE company member Travante S. Baker, and runs through Monday, December 12. Brooklyn Tavern Theater will revive Dan Furman's immersive musical event, IMPOSSIBLE BUT TRUE. This original 'tavern musical' will tour the Brooklyn and New York areas with an opening run at the historic The Old Stone House, 336 3rd Street, Brooklyn, NY @ 7:30 pm on October 14 & 15; 28 & 29.

Brooklyn Tavern Theater, led by composer/lyricist/writer Dan Furman, is presenting 'Impossible but True,' a 'tavern musical' inspired by Washington Irving's Rip Van Winkle story, through October 29 at Franklin 820 in Crown Heights, Brooklyn and in Manhattan at Uncle Charlie's, 139 East 45th Street. This immersive musical aims to pioneer a new genre of no-frills productions in hospitable places that are underused for performances. Cailín Heffernan directs.

This weekend, Prospect Theater Company, under the leadership of Producing Artistic Director Cara Reichel and Managing Director Melissa Huber, presents Message In A Bottle, a collection of original mini-musicals in concert, the culmination of Prospect's annual musical theater lab process. Message In A Bottle, the company's 13th lab production, will be presented on Saturday, June 1 at 7:30pm and Sunday, June 2 at 2:00pm at The A.R.T. / New York Theatres (502 West 53rd St, NYC). The lab will feature performances by an ensemble of Prospect alumni artists, and newcomers: Joanna Carpenter, Christopher Cherry, Diego Diaz, Ellis Gage, Alyssa Gomez, Sevan Greene, Jiho Kang, Patty Nieman, Allison Posner, Alicia Thomas, and Jeff Williams.
