A Patusian master trader on an intergalactic mission awakens to discover that his space vessel is missing and his eyes and ears are gone. Only gaping holes remain where his nose and mouth had been. In place of his main senses he has inexplicably gained the power of telepathy, which he must harness as his only defense against the ferocious and highly evolved aliens, the drogan Kin, who immediately begin hunting him for food.

Broadway veterans will perform in a new pilot reading of HOLLYWOOD AND VINE, a one-hour television series, on Tuesday Nov 13th at AFI. Mark Polish will direct the reading with a cast featuring Jason Alexander, Michael Urie, Jack Noseworthy, Heather Tom, Liz Larsen, David Furr, Nick Blaemire and Anthony Heald. They will be joined by Dan Gauthier and James Frances Gint.

Broadway/L.A. has brought the acclaimed production of LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, winner of three 2010 Tony Awards including Best Revival of a Musical, to the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood for a limited 2 week engagement through July 22, 2012. Starring as Georges is film and television star George Hamilton, and two-time Tony Award® nominee and Broadway veteran Christopher Sieber makes his road debut in the role of Albin. DreamWorks Theatricals and Neal Street Productions, Ltd. just opened SHREK THE MUSICAL, with book and lyrics by David Lindsay-Abaire and music by Jeanine Tesori, at the Pantages Theatre in Los Angeles. The production runs through August 17. Check out photos from the opening below!
