See production photos for the UK revival of Choir Boy, Nancy Medina's directorial debut as Artistic Director of Bristol Old Vic. 

Alongside unveiling their brand new show image, Bristol Old Vic today announced the full cast and creative team for Choir Boy, with a cast led by some of the hottest young musical theatre stars in the UK.

All new rehearsal photos have been released  for the upcoming co-production with the Donmar Warehouse and Tara Theatre of Silence, a new play adapted from Kavita Puri’s Partition Voices: Untold British Stories by Sonali Bhattacharyya, Gurpreet Kaur Bhatti, Ishy Din and Alexandra Wood, to mark the 75th anniversary of the Partition of India.

Tara Theatre and The Donmar Warehouse have announced casting for the world premiere of Silence, a new play adapted from the testimonies and stories of people who lived through partition from Kavita Puri's acclaimed book Partition Voices: Untold British Stories written by Sonali Bhattacharyya, Gurpreet Kaur Bhatti, Ishy Din and Alexandra Wood.

Wishbone Ash achieved considerable success in the 1970s, during which they were among England's most popular hard rock acts, achieving an incredible eight top 40 albums. Often regarded as one of the premiere UK live acts of the ’70s, they toured considerably throughout this period and into the following decades.

The trial of Leonard Vole will continue at London County Hall as the run of Agatha Christie's Witness for the Prosecution is extended to 25 September 2022. The hit production returned to the historic venue in September with a brand-new cast and was met by standing ovations and critical acclaim. 

Based on Agatha Christie’s 1925 short story, Witness For The Prosecution was well-established at London’s County Hall before the pandemic. It now makes a welcome return and is as ingenious as ever. We are all used to seeing television adaptations of Christie’s work, but Lucy Bailey’s creative version takes all the theatrics of a courtroom and translates it neatly into a truly immersive production.

New production images have been released for Agatha Christie’s Witness for the Prosecution.  

Audiences were welcomed back to the iconic London County Hall last night as Agatha Christie’s Witness for the Prosecution reopened with a brand-new cast following a 78 week closure due to the pandemic. The acclaimed production opened its doors in time to celebrate what would have been Agatha Christie’s 131st birthday today, Wednesday 15 September.

Joe McNamara makes his professional stage debut as the accused, Leonard Vole. He will be joined by Emer McDaid as Romaine,  Jonathan Firth as Sir Wilfrid Robarts, Teddy Kempner as Mr Mayhew, Miles Richardson as Mr Myers and Martin Turner as Mr Justice Wainwright.   

Eleanor Lloyd Productions and Rebecca Stafford Productions have announced casting for Agatha Christie’s Witness for the Prosecution as they look forward to welcoming audiences back to the acclaimed play at London County Hall from 14 September.

The production opened at the Duke of York's Theatre on 2 September, with previews from 24 August, and runs until 2 November. Amanda Abbington, Laurie Kynaston, John Light and Amaka Okafor reprise their lauded performances for the strictly limited 10 week run. The Son marks the first West End transfer for the Kiln Theatre since it reopened last September, and is presented in the West End by Fiery Angel and Gavin Kalin Productions.

Netflix, the world's leading entertainment service, today unveiled four new unscripted original series and one original special slated to debut later this year. The announcement was made at the Edinburgh TV Festival by Brandon Riegg, VP of Unscripted Originals and Acquisitions for Netflix, where he outlined his vision for unscripted programming as his portfolio increases.

Martin Turner and his band return to the concert stages in Autumn 2018 to perform another classic album from the vintage years of Wishbone Ash ? 1970's iconic Wishbone Ash debut album in its entirety. This follows on from sold-out tours in 2017 and the spring this year during which they performed the seminal 1972 album Argus and 1974's There's the Rub.

Swedish guitarist & vocalist Kee Marcello has announced a 6-date UK tour in October 2018. Marcello is best known for his years with multi-platinum selling bandEUROPE, whose mega-hit The Final Countdown went to number 1 in 25 countries.

Storyhouse has announced the cast for its new in-house company who will perform in rep, five productions at Chester's multi award-winning theatre cinema and library and outdoors at Grosvenor Park Open Air Theatre.
