SeriesFest, the esteemed international festival and non-profit organization dedicated to elevating emerging and underrepresented voices in episodic storytelling, has announced the full lineup for SeriesFest: Season 10.

Written and performed by Melissa Center, composed by Jamie Buxton, directed by Jen Wineman, and produced by Ember Productions, 'Marrying Jake Gyllenhaal' will make its New York City Premiere in May.

The Short Film Grand Jury Prize, awarded to one film in the program of 53 shorts selected from 12,098 submissions, went to The Masterpiece, directed and written by Alex Lora Cercos. This year's Short Film jurors are Christina Oh, Danny Pudi, and Charlotte Regan – all of whom are Festival Alumni in honor of the Festival's 40th Edition.

This morning, nominees for the 30th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards® honoring outstanding individual, cast and ensemble performances for the past year were announced. Nestled deep in the Australian Outback is the remote town of Larrimah and its 11 eccentric residents. When Paddy Moriarty and his dog Kellie left the local pub and vanished in December of 2017, a long history of infighting is unveiled as the remaining residents become suspects in an unfolding investigation that leads to Paddy being declared dead.

Lin-Manuel Miranda has written an original song for the upcoming season of Big Mouth on Netflix. The voice cast of the series includes Andrew Rannells, Nick Kroll, John Mulaney, Ayo Edebiri, Maya Rudolph, Fand more. The special guests include Billy Porter, Brian Tyree Henry, Megan Thee Stallion, Lupita Nyong’o, Stephanie Beatriz, and more.

HBO announced that the critically acclaimed comedy series SOMEBODY SOMEWHERE has been renewed for a third season. From Mighty Mint, Duplass Brothers Productions, and creators and executive producers Hannah Bos and Paul Thureen, the series follows Sam (played by Everett), a true Kansan.

“The Morning Show” stars Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston, who also serve as executive producers, and is directed and executive produced by Mimi Leder, with Charlotte Stoudt serving as showrunner and executive producer for season three. The series is produced by the studio Media Res, Hello Sunshine and Echo Films.

Cast includes Bridget Everett (Sam), Jeff Hiller (Joel), Mary Catherine Garrison (Tricia), Jane Brody (Mary Jo), Murray Hill (Fred Rococo), Mercedes White (Tiffani), Kailey Albus (Shannon), and Meighan Gerachis (Irma). Apple TV+ released the trailer for the return of 'Pretzel and the Puppies.' The series stars the voice talents of Emmy Award winner Mark Duplass (“The Morning Show”), Nasim Pedrad (“Chad,” “Aladdin”) as well as newcomers Milo Stein, Alex Jayne Go, Max Mitchell, Amari McCoy and Gracen Newton. Disney+ announced that acclaimed actress Rosemarie DeWitt (“The Staircase”), and Emmy® Award-winning actors Luke Kirby (“The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel”) and Judith Light (“American Crime Story”) have been added to the cast of “Out of My Mind,” a Disney+ Original movie adaptation of Sharon Draper’s award-winning novel of the same name.

The HBO Original documentary film TONY HAWK: UNTIL THE WHEELS FALL OFF, directed by Sam Jones and executive produced by Mark Duplass, Jay Duplass, and Mel Eslyn.
