MCC Theater presents the New York premiere of John Pollono's LOST GIRLS. Golden Globe nominated star of stage and screen, Piper Perabo -- who recently completed five seasons of the USA's popular drama series 'Covert Affairs' for which she received a Golden Globe Award nomination, and was last seen onstage in the Broadway and MCC Theater productions of Neil LaBute's Reasons to be Pretty -- stars alongside Ebon Moss-Bachrach (HBO's 'Girls'), Meghann Fahy (Next to Normal), Tasha Lawrence (Good People, The Whale), and newcomers Lizzy DeClement and Josh Green. Lawrence Edelson, Producing Artistic Director of American Lyric Theater (ALT), announced today that the company's libretto workshop and upcoming presentation of THE HALLOWEEN TREE on Friday, October 30, 2015, will feature actors Glenn Seven Allen, Etai Benson, Daniel T. Curran, Jesse Geguzis, Emma Grimsley, Conor Guzman, Adam La Faci, Thia Stephan, and Rocky Vega.

The Arts Integrity Initiative at The New School College of Performing Arts, School of Drama announces casting for the first public reading of David Adjmi's 3C, following the work's landmark legal victory in April of 2015. Tony nominee Marin Ireland joins original 3C cast members Hannah Cabell, Eddie Cahill and Jake Silbermann in the free event.

MCC THEATER (Robert LuPone, Bernard Telsey, William Cantler, Artistic Directors; Blake West, Executive Director) has announced that Emmy® Award nominee Zachary Quinto will lead the cast of the New York premiere of Smokefall, by Noah Haidle and directed by Anne Kauffman, who directed The Nether for MCC last season to great acclaim. Smokefall continues MCC Theater's season at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street) with previews beginning February 4, 2016 and an opening night set for February 22. It is scheduled through March 13. Single tickets will go on sale January 5, 2016, but advanced tickets are currently available via subscription packages at www.mcctheater.org.

The Theatre Company at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts is proud to announce the four selected playwrights for the 2016 Colorado New Play Summit. The festival of new work will take place over two weekends, 2/13-2/14 and 2/19-2/20 and will feature new plays by Jose Cruz Gonzalez, Lauren Gunderson, Tira Palmquist, and Mat Smart.

Manhattan Concert Productions has announced initial casting, leadership, and ticketing information for their concert performances of Tony award-winning musical The Secret Garden in its 25th Anniversary year. Both concerts will take place at David Geffen Hall (formerly known as Avery Fisher Hall), Lincoln Center on February 21, 2016 and February 22, 2016, both at 8pm. The Secret Garden marks the fourth installment of Manhattan Concert Productions' Broadway Series that has included Ragtime, Titanic, and Parade. The concert performances of The Secret Garden will feature a chorus of over 200 singers from the across the United States, a professional cast and creative team, and the enlarged forces of the New York City Chamber Orchestra.

The Martin E. Segal Theatre Center at The Graduate Center, CUNY presents its twelfth annual PRELUDE Festival this week, October 7, 8, 9.

Producer Kevin McCollum announced today that comedy and television icon Bob Saget will step into the role of 'Pastor Greg' in the Tony® Award-nominated comedy Hand to God beginning November 3, 2015 through the production's previously announced closing on January 3, 2016.  Saget returns to Broadway after making his Broadway debut in 2007 in the Tony® winning musical The Drowsy Chaperone.  He will join current Hand to God cast members Steven Boyer, Geneva Carr, Sarah Stiles, and Michael Oberholtzer.  3-time Tony® nominee Marc Kudisch, who originated the role of 'Pastor Greg', exits the production on November 1st to begin production on Baritones Unbound.  Hand to God plays at the Booth Theatre (222 West 45th Street) through January 3, 2016 before immediately transferring to London's West End, with performances beginning on February 5, 2016 at the famed Vaudeville Theatre.  More info at www.HandToGodBroadway.com.
