Buffett will bring everyone to a "Margaritaville" state of mind as he performs his timeless song right after the ball drops at midnight, ringing in the start of 2016. The full evening will include over 38 performances and five-and-a-half hours of music. America's biggest celebration of the year will take place on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 31 beginning at 8 p.m., EST/PST, on the ABC Television Network.
