Louise Dearman, one of London's favourite Glindas, has a new single out - and we have the video!

The winners of the most prestigious event in the UK theatrical calendar, the 36th Olivier Awards with MasterCard, were announced tonight (15 April 2012) at the Royal Opera House as part of a glamorous and star-studded night of entertainment from the West End's finest talent.

It's the Olivier Awards on Sunday and we've been talking to some of our favourites about what they're looking forward to.

The 36th Olivier Awards with MasterCard will offer a star-studded night of awards and exclusive entertainment at the Royal Opera House on Sunday 15 April hosted by West End stars Michael Ball and Imelda Staunton. The list of presenters includes Hayley Atwell, Douglas Booth, Zach Braff, Jim Carter, Tom Chambers, Tyne Daly, Jack Davenport, Agyness Deyn, Jonathan Edwards, Susannah Fielding, Vittorio Grigolo, Lenny Henry, Ronan Keating, Katherine Kelly, Harry Lloyd, James McAvoy, Natascha McElhone, Laurie Metcalf, Elaine Paige, Dan Stevens, Sir Patrick Stewart, David Suchet, Kara Tointon, Will Young, Zoe Wanamaker, Jodie Whittaker and Barbara Windsor with a few more surprises on the night.

There's much to love in this collection of musical theatre pieces written by Richard Beadle, whose musical direction credits include Betty Blue Eyes (Novello Theatre), Hair! (Gielgud Theatre), Priscilla, Queen Of the Desert (Palace Theatre) and Grease (Piccadilly Theatre).

Scott Alan will record his fourth album 'LIVE' at famed New York City Jazz Club, Birdland on April 30th. Newly added to the roaster of performers is Award Winning Jazz Vocalist Jane Monheit, Broadway and Reality Television Star Laura Osnes and West End performer Richard Fleeshman, who will make his Broadway debut as Sam Wheat in the musical adaptation of Ghost after creating the role in the West End production.

Composer and Lyricist Scott Alan will record his fourth album featuring some of today's Broadway and International performers.

The most prestigious event in the UK's theatrical calendar, the presentation of the 36th Olivier Awards with MasterCard will take place for the first time in its entirety at the Royal Opera House, London on Sunday 15 April 2012 when distinguished guests from London's arts and cultural scene will join winners and celebrities at the glamorous red carpet event.

West End star Louise?Dearman - best know for starring as Galinda in Wicked - and Aaron Sidwell - Stephen Beale in EastEnders - are the latest names added to the glittering cast of the Biblical-inspired musical Children of Eden, by Wicked composer Stephen Schwartz and John?Caird, which is being revived in the West End for one night only in a spectacular star-studded charity gala at the Prince of Wales?Theatre on Sunday 29 January.

Following on from her hugely successful Leicester Square Theatre concert last November, Louise Dearman brings a brand new show and set of songs to the legendary Alley Cat Bar in Denmark Street this autumn.

WICKED, the hit musical that tells the untold story of the Witches of Oz, has announced that Rachel Tucker will continue in her starring role as Elphaba into 2012. Julie Legrand (Madame Morrible), Nikki Davis-Jones (Standby Elphaba) and Chloe Taylor (Standby Glinda) are also all continuing in their roles. Four Elphabas this week - with a fifth to follow?

WICKED, the long-running hit musical at London's Apollo Victoria Theatre, is pleased to announce its entire new company to begin performances on Monday 7 February 2011: Joining the previously announced Mark Evans (Fiyero) are: Zoe Rainey ('Amber Von Tussle' in Hairspray at the Shaftesbury Theatre) as Nessarose, Ben Stott ('Jack' in Sondheim's Into The Woods at the Open Air Theatre, Regent's Park) as Boq, and Chloe Taylor(WICKED, 2009) as Standby Glinda.

On Saturday February 12, the Dress Circle music shop in London's Monmouth Street will host live performances and an album signing event of the CD 'More With Every Line - The Music Of Tim Prottey-Jones', which has been on the store's 'best-seller' list since its release in early December.
