American Humane Association and Hallmark Channel announced today that top-selling country music artist Jewel is performing at the American Humane Association Hero Dog Awards™. The star-studded evening honoring America's most courageous canines, presented by the Lois Pope LIFE Foundation and produced by Emmy® award-winning MRB Productions, will air as a 90-minute special on Hallmark Channel November 8, 2012 at 8:00 pm ET/PT. The program will air as part of Hallmark Channel's Pet Project, the network's cross-platform campaign designed to celebrate the joy and enrichment animals bring to our lives.

Today Change.org and GLAAD, the nation's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) media advocacy organization, launched a Mother's Day campaign in support of Jennifer Tyrrell, a mother of four from Bridgeport, Ohio who was ousted from the Boy Scouts of America because she is gay. Celebrities including Julianne Moore, Fran Drescher and Jane Leeves today tweeted after Josh Hutcherson, Kim Wayans, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, as well as Max Adler and Grant Gustin of Glee previously showed support for Tyrrell at the GLAAD Media Awards.

At last night's 23rd Annual GLAAD Media Awards, Cher and Congresswoman Mary Bono Mack (R-CA) presented the Stephen F. Kolzak Award to Chaz Bono, and Benicio Del Toro presented the Vanguard Award to Josh Hutcherson. Glee stars Max Adler and Grant Gustin presented the Rodemeyer family. Bravo has announced that 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Lisa Vanderpump will star in her own reality show next season tentatively titled SUR. The show will be produced by Evolution Media with Douglas Ross, Greg Stewart, Kathleen French, Alex Baskin, Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd serving as Executive Producers.

Today, the network announced a 27 percent increase in original programming with 11 new and eight returning unscripted series, and two new scripted projects in development. The network plans to premiere scripted series in 2013.

The latest issue of The Hollywood Reporter will feature a photo shoot with the stars of Bravo's reality franchise THE REAL HOUSEWIVES. Stars from all the cities represented on the show participated including Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Lisa VanderPump, Camille Grammer, Adrienne Maloof and Taylor Armstrong, Housewives of NJ star Caroline Manzo, Housewives of NY star Ramona Singer, Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes and Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson. Bravo TV host Andy Cohen participated in the photo shoot as well.
