Just last night, The American Theatre Wing celebrated 101 Years of supporting strong and fearless voices in the American Theatre with a tribute to Andrew Lloyd Webber's unrivaled body of work amassed over five decades. Performers included Tony Award winner and Emmy Award nominee Brandon Victor Dixon, Tony winner and Grammy Award nominee Heather Headley, Tony winner Katrina Lenk, Tony and Grammy nominee Norm Lewis, Webber muse Sierra Boggess, two-time Andrew Lloyd Webber Initiative recipient Sydney Lopes, and a mega-band that includes School of Rock alumni Evie Dolan, Ethan Khusidman, Raghav Mehrotra, and Brandon Niederauer.

ABC News' “Nightline” averaged 1.175 million Total Viewers, 421,000 Adults 25-54, 328,000 Adults 18-49, during the week of Sept. 10, 2018, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. “Nightline” outdelivered CBS' “The Late Late Show with James Corden” (381,000 and 287,000, respectively) in Adults 25-54 (+40,000) and Adults 18-49 (+41,000).
TIME'S UP Sends Open Letter to CBS Board

In the wake of the Les Moonves allegations and his departure from CBS, TIME'S UP has sent the CBS open letter sent to Shari Redstone and Members of the Board of the CBS Corporation. TIME'S UP calls CBS to continue on with these changes, including suggesting them to donate the $120 million meant for Moonves. This was first published today on CBS News.

CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS.A and CBS) ('CBS' or 'the Company') today announced a settlement agreement with National Amusements, Inc. ('NAI'), members of the CBS Board of Directors, and related parties. Under the terms of the settlement, which have been approved by the Boards of Directors of CBS and NAI, the parties agreed to dismiss their pending litigation in Delaware. The full Board of CBS (following the unanimous recommendation of the Special Committee of the Board) has unanimously rescinded the previously announced Class A share dividend, and NAI has amended the Bylaws to undo the previous amendments that it adopted following filing of the Delaware litigation.
