The New York Pops started it's 34th season off with a glorious concert celebrating the legacy and timeless works of Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe. In the closing concert of his inaugural season in 2010, music director and conductor Steven Reineke celebrated the music of Lerner and Loewe and the response was so heartwarming that he decided it was the right time to revisit the material.

Maestro LUKE FRAZIER and THE AMERICAN POPS ORCHESTRA - Washington, DC's innovative hometown orchestra - will launch the 12:15 PM lunchtime concert series "THIRD THURSDAYS" to highlight the unique musical personalities and special talents of the members of their acclaimed ensemble at Live! at 10th and G (First Congregational, UCC Washington - 945 G Street NW, Washington, DC 20001). The Broadway Loves series makes its eagerly-anticipated return to Feinstein's/54 Below this November with Broadway Loves Britney, a sleek evening of song and dance paying tribute to the princess of pop, Grammy award-winner Britney Spears. The concerts will be produced and musically directed by Benjamin Rauhala (American Psycho) and feature choreography by Sunny Walters, who danced with Spears in various tours, music videos, and television appearances.
