Catch the legendary Herb Alpert and Lani Hall live at The Kentucky Center this July.

Trumpeter Herb Alpert and his wife, vocalist Lani Hall, will perform in concert Saturday, July 20 at the Southern Theatre.

The Entertainment Community Fund—formerly known as The Actors Fund—has received a generous $250,000 matching gift challenge donation from iconic trumpeter, A&M Records co-founder and philanthropist Herb Alpert, via the Herb Alpert Foundation.

Café Carlyle has announced that legendary trumpeter, arranger and record producer Herb Alpert and Grammy-winning vocalist Lani Hall will perform a special engagement from November 14 – 25. There will be nine shows only; no performance on Thanksgiving.

Lani Hall recently announced her new album, Seasons of Love. The album marks the artist's first studio release in over 20 years and features her long time partner Herb Alpert both on trumpet and acting as co-producer. Today she has also released the single “Here Comes The Sun,” her take on the George Harrison penned Beatles classic.

Now in its 26th year, the annual award provides five unrestricted $75,000 grants to independent artists working in the fields of dance, film/video, music, theatre and visual arts. The recipients will be honored at a virtual ceremony hosted by Herb Alpert, his wife Lani Hall Alpert and the Herb Alpert Foundation on Friday, May 22, 2020.
