BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present a special musical evening with three great musical talents Victoria Shaw, Jim Brickman, and Peter Cincotti, in “Three Friends, One Piano” on Monday, October 10 at 7:00 PM.

​​​​​​​Cotuit Center for the Arts will present Isabeau Miller and Shaun Balin live in concert on Friday, September 30 at 7:30pm.

Multi-platinum, GRAMMY winners Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith are joining forces once again to co-bill their popular Christmas tour this upcoming holiday season, where they will be joined by special guest Michael Tait of the Newsboys. Presented by Balsam Hill, this iconic pair is set to kick off their combined holiday show on Nov. 26, in Memphis and travel to nine markets including a stop in St. Louis at the Fabulous Fox Theatre on Friday, December 9 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets will go on sale Friday, July 29 at 10:00 a.m. CT.

What did our critic think?If you don't have cable, watch SpongeBob Squarepants nor any clue why SpongeBob should be a Broadway musical, no worries. Everything is made clear for those entering Bikini Bottom for the first time. It's packed with family theater elements: bright colors, important themes, messages of friendship, catchy tunes and slapstick comedy. Best day ever!

Fairfield Center Stage (FCS), a community theater group, will present a 2 weekend run of the hit Broadway show THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL in Fairfield this June. The show runs for two weekends, June 17-25 at Fairfield Ludlowe High School Auditorium.

Lineup includes Jedd Hughes (Patty Loveless, Little Big Town, Sarah Jarosz, Emmylou Harris & Rodney Crowell), David Ryan Harris (John Mayer, Dave Matthews, Santana), Mark Bryan (Hootie & the Blowfish), Patrick Davis (Guy Clark, Jimmy Buffett, Jewel, Pat Green, Lady A. Morgan Wallen), Americana favorite Lauren Jenkins and more to be announced.

Celebration Theatre Co. continues its 2022 Season with the Orlando premiere of The SpongeBob Musical, running May 6 - 15 in the Alexis and Jim Pugh Theatre at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts.

New talent joins Toby's regulars to present ROCKY THE MUSICAL at Toby's in Columbia. Inspired by an actual 1974 boxing match, the unknown Rocky Balboa 'goes the distance' against superstar Apollo Creed, proving to himself, his lady love and all of Philly that an underdog can have teeth. Music and lyrics by Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens.

StoryBook Theatre will bring Nickelodeon's iconic series to the stage with The SpongeBob Musical from April 22 – June 4 on Tuesdays to Saturdays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m., where the show will impress and delight its audience with themes of self-identity, community and optimism.

After not being able to celebrate the holiday season last year on the road, they are excited to bring the merriment with Balsam Hill starting December 1st in Charleston, WV and continue for eight more dates that includes a stop in St. Louis at the Fabulous Fox Theatre Tuesday, December 7 at 7:30 p.m.

BIRDLAND will present Amanda Green & Friends “Vaxxed AF!” on Monday, October 4 at 7:00 PM. Tony Award-nominated lyricist/composer and award-winning performer Amanda Green will be joined by some amazing Broadway friends, including Darius de Haas, Ann Harada, Lesli Margherita, Curtis Moore, Natalie Douglas, and Dan Finnerty of The Dan Band.

The Axelrod Performing Arts Center has announced its grand reopening beginning in October, after 18 months shuttered from the pandemic. Four main-stage musicals have been announced as well as a youth production from the Axelrod Performing Arts Academy. The concert schedule will be announced after Labor Day.
