DCINY's Maestro Jonathan Griffith leads the Distinguished Concerts Orchestra and Distinguished Concerts Singers International in a celebration of Sir Karl Jenkins' 75th birthday. The concert, features the US premiere of Jenkins' Symphonic Adiemus, a re-orchestration of his acclaimed work Adiemus.  Also presented will be Stabat Mater.  Twenty choirs from around the world will participate in the performance with Iraqi singer Baidar Al Basri as the featured soloist.

Netflix will bring 'Designated Survivor' to viewers around the world as a global original series. Designated Survivor will return for a third season with ten episodes as a global Netflix original. The political drama starring Kiefer Sutherland will be helmed by showrunner Neal Baer from global studio Entertainment One (eOne).

Presenting Michelle Pfeiffer in one of the most acclaimed performances of her storied career, Andrew Dosunmu's WHERE IS KYRA?  tells the story of Kyra Johnson, a middle-aged divorcee who moves into her elderly mother's Brooklyn apartment while she looks for work and tries to get back on her feet.  When her mother suddenly dies, Kyra is left without any support, both emotional and financial, and finds herself with very few options--none of them good.  Despite a blossoming affair with a sympathetic neighbor (Sutherland) with struggles of his own, Kyra can't accept that her once-tidy life has fallen apart, and she resorts to increasingly desperate measures to hold onto what little she has left. 

Minds Eye Entertainment, Falconer Pictures, VMI Worldwide, and QME Entertainment announced today that principal photography has begun on DAUGHTER OF THE WOLF in Kelowna, British Columbia. The action thriller stars Richard Dreyfuss, Gina Carano and Brendan Fehr.

George Street Playhouse, located at 103 College Farm Road in New Brunswick, today announced the casting of Philip Goodwin (Broadway's The Diary of Anne Frank, The School for Scandal) and Carly Zien (Amazon's The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, POP TV's Nightcap) in Trying by Joanna McClelland Glass, on stage March 13 - April 8, 2018. The poignant drama will be directed by Jim Jack, who will be helming his second GSP mainstage production following the widely acclaimed 2016 production of My Name is Asher Lev.

Esteemed actor and activist Michael J. Fox is joining The Mark Gordon Company and ABC Studio's DESIGNATED SURVIVOR on ABC for a five-episode arc in which Fox will guest star as Ethan West, a high-flying and connected Washington attorney who is hired by the President's Cabinet and ultimately appointed as special prosecutor to investigate former President Cornelius Moss's alleged leak of classified information.

ABC has announced that DESIGNATED SURVIVOR' will make its midseason return on WEDNESDAY, FEB. 28, 2018, at 10 p.m. EST/PST.
