The CAPA Summer Movie Series, the longest-running classic film series in America, celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2010 with an impressive assembly of classics, cult favorites, and much beloved films. The 2010 series, made possible through the generous support of PNC, will run June 4 - July 25 at the historic Ohio Theatre (39 E. State St.).

During the week of June 14, 2010, ABC's 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' saw increases over the prior week for the 2nd week in a row in both Total Viewers (1.80 million vs. 1.64 million) and Adults 18-49 (859,000 vs. 783,000). In fact, 'JKL' delivered its highest Adult 18-49 number in 17 months - since w/o 11/3/08. In addition, 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' registered its best Adult 18-34 number (384,000) in well over 2 years - since w/o 2/4/08.
Lithgow and Pinto Join Franco in 'Rise of the Apes' Film

The Hollywood Reporter reveals today that John Lithgow and Freida Pinto will join the previously announced James Franco in the Fox prequel to Planet of the Apes, Rise of the Apes, for the big screen. The film is being directed by Rupert Wyatt and centers on a scientist (Franco) who is using apes to test a cure for Alzheimer's Disease. Things go sour when the scientist brings the main subject, an ape named Caesar, home with him to keep him out of reach of other researchers who plan to harm him. In the film, Lithgow is set to portray Franco's father, stricken with Alzheimer's disease. Pinto will play a primatologist.
