Laguna Playhouse has announced that JoBeth Williams (“Poltergeist,” “The Big Chill”) and Peter Strauss (“Rich Man, Poor Man,” “The Jericho Mile”) are set to star in the upcoming World Premiere production, based on the 1975 ABC Theatre Presentation that starred Katharine Hepburn and Laurence Olivier, of LOVE AMONG THE RUINS.

Feud: Capote's Women will be based on Laurence Leamer’s book, 'Capote’s Women: A True Story of Love, Betrayal, and a Swan Song for an Era.' Hollander will lead as Capote with Lane playing Slim Keith. The series will also feature Naomi Watts as Babe Paley, Chloë Sevigny as C.Z. Guest, and Calista Flockhart as Lee Radziwill.

The critically-acclaimed theatre company BEDLAM continues their 10th anniversary season with a return to repertory performance including productions of William Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale and Henrik Ibsen's Hedda Gabler, adapted by Jon Robin Baitz, playing from October 5 through November 20, 2022.

Ojai Playwrights Conference announced the founding of the Robert H. Egan Legacy Fund at their 25th Anniversary Benefit Gala on June 4, 2022. Honoring the work of outgoing Artistic Director/Producer Robert Egan, the fund will support visionary OPC New Works Festival playwrights who are creating challenging new plays and imagining a better future for all. Egan leaves his role at OPC at the end of this year.
