The 'Napa Seder-Beyond 4 Cups' transcends religion and highlights the cultural connection to the historic Jewish liberation from slavery and universal struggle with freedom. Wine is a prominent theme in the traditional Passover Seder, and Michael Dorf, City Winery owner and founder wants to ask the question 'why on this night in Napa should we only have 4 cups of wine?' Mr. Dorf has produced his unique celebrity driven Seder in NY since 1988, taken it to Chicago in 2012 and will premier it in Napa on March 29th at City Winery Napa -- one week prior to the official start of the holiday.

As previously announced, New York Times theatre reporter Patrick Healey will be making a beat change.

It was just announced that New York Times theatre writer Patrick Healy, will soon trade in Broadway for Washington as a NYT National Political Correspondent.

Disson Skating returns to the ice for its 25th year with the upcoming Colgate Skating Series airing exclusively on ABC. Each two-hour special in this milestone year will feature world-renowned Olympic figure skating champions and musicians, with select shows featuring the skaters' families, Olympic gymnasts and dancing professionals.

The Wallis Center for the Performing Arts (aka "The Wallis") and Writers Bloc, Los Angeles' acclaimed reading and conversation series founded by Emmy-nominated Andrea Grossman, are partnering to present Leon Panetta in Conversation with Jessica Yellin (Wednesday, October 15 at 7:30pm), and Dick Cavett in Conversation with Paula Poundstone (Thursday, November 6 at 7:30pm). Today we are talking to the gifted composer and lyricist behind the earth-shattering score for Broadway's biggest recent hit, HEDWIG & THE ANGRY INCH, the versatile and passionate Stephen Trask. Shedding considerable light on the development of the idiosyncratic rock musical, Trask discusses his influences and the organic way in which the outre show developed from humble beginnings at downtown bar Squeezebox in the mid-1990s, to Off-Broadway hit at the turn of the new century all the way to the rapturously received feature film adaptation, and, now, the 2014 Broadway production. Trask also details his affection for Tony Award-winning lead actor Neil Patrick Harris and looks ahead to the new leading man donning the titular wig, Andrew Rannells. Additionally, Trask also shares news on the forthcoming sequel to HEDWIG currently being developed with John Cameron Mitchell and teases some of what we can expect from the hotly anticipated theatrical experience. In Washington, it is not unusual to see Marine One fly the first family to the presidential retreat - Naval Support Facility Thurmont, more commonly known as Camp David. A trip to the wooded retreat located 62 miles north of the nation's capital in Thurmont, Maryland, is usually intended to be a relaxing weekend for the nation's chief executive. However, 36 years ago it became the crux of American foreign policy in the Middle East and home to a summit that was anything but tranquil. After five wars in less than three decades, Egyptian President Anwar Sadat and Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin were brought together by President Jimmy Carter to broker peace between the two nations. The resulting Camp David Accords would be a highpoint of American foreign policy in the twentieth century. The story behind the Accords is the focus of Arena's Stage's world premiere production of Camp David.

YELLOW FACE, appearing at Theater J, is a serio-comedy by David Henry Hwang, based on his involvement in the casting controversy in 1990 regarding Cameron Mackintosh's insistence on having a white actor play a non-white role. The excellent production is well worth seeing.

The Tony Award-winning musical AVENUE Q will be featured on the Lifetime TV series "Celebrity Bucket List" on Saturday, Jan. 25th (check local listings for broadcast times across the U.S.) in a half-hour segment with best-selling author Jodi Picoult ("My Sister's Keeper"), who realizes her lifelong dream of appearing in a show on stage. In the segment, she (expertly) performs various walk-on roles as Q characters Nicky and Mrs. T.

Opera singer Martina Arroyo, pianist, keyboardist, bandleader and composer Herbie Hancock, pianist, singer and songwriter Billy Joel, actress Shirley MacLaine and musician and songwriter Carlos Santana received honors at THE 36TH ANNUAL KENNEDY CENTER HONORS, to be broadcast tonight, Dec. 29 (9:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
