New York City Ballet Promotes Three Soloists to Principal Dancers

Today, New York City Ballet announced the promotion of three of the company’s soloists. Harrison Ball, Jovani Furlan, and Peter Walker have all been promoted to Principal Dancer. The Company closes its  2022 Winter Season on Sunday, February 27, and will return for a six-week spring season from April 19 to  May 29, 2022 at the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center. 

Daniil Simkin and Daniel Camargo to Join American Ballet Theatre for 2022 Season

Daniil Simkin, a Principal Dancer with American Ballet Theatre from 2012 to 2020, will return to ABT as a Guest Artist for select performances during the Company’s touring engagements and 2022 Summer season at the Metropolitan Opera House, it was announced today by Artistic Director Kevin McKenzie.

Raymond Rodriguez has announced Christopher Marney as the new Head of Studio Company and Trainees at the Academy.
